However, after 3 sessions, I feel there could have been more focus on individual aspects. The overall approach is decent, and there’s a sense of structure, but a deeper analysis of my situation is missing. Goals and tasks were set, so we’ll see how things progress. Thanks for the support!

Over the past couple of years, I gained quite a bit of extra weight (+20 kg from my usual), and I decided to change that. I tried many things: running, group cross-fit style training, cycling. I never stuck with anything for long and always ended up with minor injuries. I decided to try personal training and was unexpectedly surprised. I’ve been sticking to proper nutrition and training consistently for just over a month now. The weight is ALREADY starting to come off, and my body looks more toned. This is largely thanks to the trainer, as he has found the right approach in terms of both the training plan and how I handle the workouts. I highly recommend Szilárd as a true professional!
On the very first day after training, I received a million tips on nutrition, and what was even more important was the follow-up from the trainer, not only in written form but also ensuring accountability. We downloaded an app, went over where to buy what in stores. It was such a human, attentive, and proper approach to the work. Unfortunately, my experience with Szilárd did not live up to expectations. While photo measurements and training logs were kept, they added little value when the sessions themselves left much to be desired. The workouts were exhausting and draining rather than invigorating, as promised. The process felt unstructured, and Szilárd 's approach lacked sufficient personalization. This attitude towards training left me disappointed. Overall, I regret to say that I cannot recommend him.
I have been training for two months and am very satisfied. The trainer adjusts the workload according to my condition and mood, listens to my preferences, but is much more knowledgeable in his field and doesn’t let me harm myself with silly ideas.
The workouts are interesting, and the exercises are varied, but at times there is a lack of a personalized approach. Nutrition monitoring is provided, and there are some helpful tips, but I would appreciate more depth in working towards achieving goals.

Everything is great! We train according to the set goal (mine was to build endurance and prepare for a long hike). The workout lasts an hour, and afterward, you can continue with something like treadmill exercises. Szilárd keeps exercise and weight logs for each individual, gradually increasing the load. If the goal is to lose weight, the training combined with a proper diet plan is the way to go, and Szilárd will guide you on how to proceed. The key is to follow the recommendations, and the results will come.
